One of the four lots in Ocala’s Historic District that comprise a new development featuring 3,600-square-foot, 3-story homes with elevators, has just been sold for $1.369 million.
A 0.12-acre parcel that is part of the CampAlto subdivision near downtown Ocala was just sold by CampAlto LLC to McBride CampAlto LLC for $1,369,060 on May 18, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts. The parcel that was sold is located at 912 SE 6th Street in Ocala.
State corporate records show that McBride CampAlto LLC is owned by McBride Land & Development Company.
CampAlto was first approved by Ocala City Council members in the spring of 2024. A final plat for the development was approved a few months thereafter.
The homes are currently being developed by Drake Construction Services, which is a family-run business operated by Holland Drake and his sons, Dylan and Kendall.

When completed, each home in CampAlto will feature multiple modern amenities and upgrades, including cocktail pools, courtyards, lanais, and even elevators.
