Florence Grossman was born on February 19, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York, and was called home on June 14, 2026, with her daughters Elizabeth and Debbie by her side.

In life, Florence, a native Brooklynite, was a homemaker and a talented ceramic artist. While she lived in Brooklyn, she could be found fishing in Sheepshead Bay, playing bingo with her sister Doris, or cooking for her grandson, Jesse.

Florence also had a love for family outings and gatherings and could be found camping with Elizabeth, Ed, and Jesse; attending a theme park with her great-grandchildren; or at a family BBQ featuring her famous potato salad.

After spending much of her life in Brooklyn, Florence moved to Ocala, Florida, where she spent her time relaxing with her family, grandchildren, and some of her great-grandchildren.

Florence leaves behind her family, including her sons Jojo, Tommy, Dennis, and Freddy, and her daughters Elizabeth, Debbie, and Angel. She also leaves behind nineteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
