Evan Daniel Lewis, 21, of Ocala, FL, passed away unexpectedly on June 18, 2026, following a motorcycle accident. Born in Ocala on June 9, 2005, Evan dedicated his life to the service of others as a Firefighter/EMT, with professional goals of advancing his career as a Paramedic.
Evan possessed an outgoing personality and never met a stranger, making him a friend to everyone he encountered. He found joy in the simple things in life—from fishing, listening to music, and working on cars to dancing and enjoying a good bacon cheeseburger. Most of all, he cherished time spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Adrian Lewis (wife Lisa Lewis); his mother, Crystal Smith (husband Michael Smith); and his siblings, Izaiah, Gregory, Victoria, Luke, Madison, and Kimberlyn. He also leaves behind many loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him deeply.
In honor of Evan, the family is requesting that you wear red to the funeral service.
