A 43-acre property situated along State Road 200 in Ocala was just purchased by one of the largest landowning families in Marion County.

On Wednesday, July 8, GFLP Land Holdings LLC sold the 43.4-acre site to PC Freedom II LLC for $3,107,064, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts. The property is situated just south of the Public Storage facility located at 8976 SR 200.

State corporate records show that PC Freedom II LLC is registered to Todd Rudnianyn and International Property Services, Corp (IPSC). In 2023, Rudnianyn sold over two dozen of his Neighborhood Storage locations to Public Storage.

IPSC, which is led by John, Steve, and Todd Rudnianyn, has acquired and sold hundreds of thousands of acres of land in Marion County during its multi-decade history.

Some of IPSC’s current listings include the I-75 Commerce Center, which is a 444-acre complex listed for $44.4 million, as well as a 73-acre property in southwest Ocala that is listed for $10 million.
