The City of Belleview is partnering with a local business for a school supply drive to benefit students at Belleview Elementary and Belleview-Santos Elementary.
Beginning Monday, July 6, the public can drop off new items including backpacks, notebooks, writing utensils, and classroom essentials at Belleview City Hall and Gregg Smith Automotive, which is located at 6202 SE Abshier Boulevard in Belleview.
Organizers aim to collect 500 backpacks this year to ensure local students begin the academic year prepared.
