It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Venetia Lin French, age 68, of Belleview, Florida, who passed away on July 3, 2026.
Venetia was born on September 16, 1957, in Homestead, Florida. She attended North Harford High School and later earned her GED, demonstrating her determination and commitment to lifelong learning.

On May 6, 1978, Venetia married the love of her life, Steven French. Together they built a life filled with love, family, and cherished memories.

Venetia dedicated much of her career to administrative work. Throughout the years, she worked for Lockheed Martin, Dynamite Punch, and the Blue Ridge Regional Jail Authority, where she was respected for her strong work ethic, dependability, and dedication.

Above all else, Venetia’s greatest joy in life was her family. She had an immense love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought endless happiness to her life. She treasured every moment spent with them and created memories they will carry in their hearts forever.

Venetia is lovingly survived by her son, Dennis Michael French; her beloved grandchildren, Cherokee, Alex, Soren, Isabella, and Giada; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Cataleya, Phoenix, and Maddox. She is also survived by her siblings, Doris Jean and James Stephenson Jr., along with many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Venetia will be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering love for her family, and the warmth she shared with everyone who knew her. Though she is no longer with us, her love, strength, and beautiful memories will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
