Another multi-acre commercial site along State Road 200 was just sold for over $3 million, just one day after a different, nearby property along the same roadway netted a similarly large sales figure.
Padma LLC finalized the sale of the three-acre property located at 6600 SW Highway 200 to Ocala Realty Holdings LLC for $3.3 million on Thursday, July 9, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
The facility currently hosts active medical practices, including Med One Health Center and the Central Florida Heart Group, within a 12,120-square-foot medical office and catheterization lab (cath lab).

The building features 12 examination rooms, laboratories, recovery suites, specialized procedure rooms, and dedicated CAT scan and echo rooms.
The sale of the property is the second high-profile real estate transaction on State Road 200 in the last week alone.

Just one day prior, on Wednesday, July 8, a 43.4-acre parcel situated just south of the Public Storage facility at 8976 SR 200 was sold by GFLP Land Holdings LLC to PC Freedom II LLC for $3,107,064. State corporate records trace that purchase directly to Todd Rudnianyn and International Property Services, Corp (IPSC).
These corridor acquisitions run parallel to an even larger surge of corporate development capital targeting the southwest quadrant of the city, punctuated by a $20-million multi-parcel land transaction for the Mockingbird Ridge neighborhood.
