The Ocala Church is celebrating a historic milestone after finalizing the purchase of a multi-million dollar property along East Silver Springs Boulevard to serve as its new permanent home.
On July 1, Ocala Church officially acquired the 2.73-acre commercial property located at 3318 E Silver Springs Blvd. The church purchased the site from NSC Theater LLC for $2.6 million, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.

Led by Reverend Ryan Brister, the congregation shared its excitement and gratitude in a public statement released on the day the sale officially closed.
“IT’S OFFICIAL… WE CLOSED! Today marks a historic day for The Ocala Church, we have officially closed on our new building! What once was a prayer is now a promise fulfilled, and we are overwhelmed by the faithfulness of God,” reads the statement posted across social media.

Church leadership emphasized that the multi-acre acquisition represents more than a real estate transaction, viewing the new location as a vital tool to expand their community outreach, support local families, and build a lasting spiritual foundation in Ocala for generations to come.
“This isn’t just about a building, it’s about lives that will be changed, families that will be reached, and creating a place where even more people can experience the power and presence of God for generations to come,” the statement continued. “Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave, served, and believed with us. This milestone belongs to all of us!”
The church concluded its announcement with a reflection from Psalm 126:3: “The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.”
While the keys have officially changed hands, Ocala Church indicated that “the journey is just beginning” as they map out the next steps for transitioning into the East Silver Springs Boulevard space.

In the two weeks since the acquisition, the church has released additional progress updates about its renovation of the space. Church leaders say they will release move-in timelines and upcoming services as the changes continue to progress.
While changes are made to the new location, Ocala Church’s congregation is still gaterhing at 2940 NE 35th Street.
