Elliott Alden Taylor, 14, of Ocala, FL, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Elliott was born in Ocala to Eric and Misty Taylor and lived here all his life. Elliott was a sweet and tender hearted ‘hambone,’ with a quirky sense of humor. He had an outgoing personality and a sense of humor all rolled into one very special young man. He was a homeschooled student and football player for the MCYFL Bucs.
He was a greeter and served in VIP guest services at Meadowbrook Church where he attended and was baptized. Elliott enjoyed his electric guitar, golfing, Mine Craft, airsoft, and hanging out with his friends. Elliott was a dreamer, an aspiring Navy Seal and Pediatrician. He and his family especially enjoyed Christmas mornings, nightly family meetings, family vacations, and camping. His absence will be noticeably missed.
Elliott is survived by his parents, Eric and Misty Taylor; sisters, Olivia Taylor and Rhema Taylor; grandmothers, Carolyn Murray and Carol Knief; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service of remembrance will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Meadowbrook Church, 4741 SW 20th St, Ocala, FL 34474. (352) 873-3767. Arrangements are being handled by Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Ocala, FL.
