A woman was arrested Tuesday and charged with trespassing after an Ocala property owner called Marion County deputies for help.
According to a sheriff’s office report, 27-year-old Brittney Savannah Wilson was taken into custody after already being warned to stay away from the property located in the 2880 block of SE 59th Street in Ocala.
When a deputy arrived, the property owner showed him a copy of a prior trespass warning that was issued May 5. Both the property owner and Wilson had signed the agreement.
Wilson, who had no address listed on the report, was transported to the Marion County Jail and charged with trespassing. She was being held with no bond. No court date has been set for Wilson yet.
