William was born on June 30, 1931 and passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018. William was a resident of Ocala, Florida at the time of passing. After graduating from Torrington High School, Bill enlisted in the U.S. Army July 7, 1952, and was honorably discharged June 7, 1954, at the rank of Sergeant.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home Chapel, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington. Burial will follow at St. Francis New Cemetery with full military honors accorded.
