Chainsaw chain-stealing bandit sought after theft at Weirsdale hardware store

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in catching a chainsaw chain-stealing bandit.

Marion County sheriff’s deputies are asking for help in identifying and locating the man pictured above, who is accused of stealing chainsaw chains from a Weirsdale hardware store.

The man, pictured above, entered the Ace Hardware store in Weirsdale recently and walked back out with two Stihl chains. He then left the store, located at Hwy. 25, and drove off in a maroon/red pickup truck pulling a trailer.
