Marion County Sheriff Billy Woods is asking for the public’s help in locating a 29-year-old man who is wanted for a variety of crimes.
Woods, in his regular “Wanted by Woods Wednesday” segment on Facebook, asked for assistance in locating Todd Gillings, who is wanted on two counts of battery, criminal mischief and a probation violation for trespassing.
“Todd, you like to put your hands on women to cause them harm,” Woods said. “Let me tell you Todd, this doesn’t make you a man. This makes you a fool. I will not have individuals like you walking free in my county so you can go around beating up women.”
Woods pointed out that Gillings also has a criminal mischief warrant from the Ocala Police Department and the probation violation.
“This just shows that you don’t think laws apply to you,” Woods said to Gillings. “Well, they do and we are looking for you. Do yourself a favor and turn yourself in because my citizens will.”
Wood said Gillings has a twin brother named Toddrick who also has outstanding warrants.
