A second reported shooting at a local apartment complex in less than 24 hours has left one victim dead and another suffering from gunshot wounds at a local hospital.
Ocala Police Department officers responded to a shooting incident today just after 2 p.m. at Promenade Apartments, according to a social media post from OPD.
The apartments are located at 1421 SW 27th Avenue in southwest Ocala.
According to the post, one victim suffered gunshot wounds and was transported to the hospital. Detectives are investigating the scene.
