Cattle Drive and Cowboy Round-Up returns to Tuscawilla Park this weekend

The annual Cattle Drive and Cowboy Round-Up makes its return to Ocala this weekend.

The event kicks off the festivities at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 12 with a cattle drive in downtown Ocala that ends at Tuscawilla Park (800 NE Sanchez Avenue).

Attendees will be treated to live entertainment, cowboy demonstrations, mechanical bull rides, a farm animal petting zoo, kids’ corral with family-friendly games, food trucks, and more.

At 1 p.m., Lake Tuscawilla will also be the site of the Rotary Clubs of Marion County’s Duck Derby race featuring thousands of rubber ducks.

Ducks are currently available for adoption and the proceeds will benefit the Discovery Center. There will be cash prizes awarded for first, second, and third place finishes during the race.

The event is free and open to the public.
