(Update from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office: Guy Daniel Hessley has been located and is safe.)
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the public to locate a missing and endangered 52-year-old man who was last seen in Ocklawaha on Sunday morning.
At approximately 5 a.m., Guy Daniel Hessley was last seen in the 12100 block of SE 135th Avenue in Ocklawaha. MCSO states that his direction of travel is unknown.
Guy is 5’6” tall, he weighs 170 pounds, and he has brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what clothing he is wearing.
Due to a medical condition, Guy requires medication that he is currently without. If you have any information on his whereabouts, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office asks that you call 911.
