New renderings and details were released about the nearly 400-suite hotel currently under construction at one of Ocala’s most prominent equestrian facilities.

On Monday, the World Equestrian Center provided more information behind the organization’s latest addition, The Riding Academy Hotel, which is projected to open next spring.

According to WEC, although the new hotel will not offer a “five-star experience” like its sister organization on the property, The Equestrian Hotel, it will feature “many similarities” while still “embracing a unique identity of its own.”

The new hotel will incorporate subtle equestrian and academic design details throughout, including equestrian-inspired carpet, Ralph Lauren stirrup sconces, and custom trophy lamps, according to WEC.

The hotel will be pet-friendly and will feature expansive, upscale accommodations with separate sleeping and living quarters, as well as multiple in-room amenities including coffee makers, refrigerators, and pull-out sofa sleeper beds.

According to the statement, rooms at The Riding Academy Hotel will start at $209 per night.
