The City of Ocala will host a public meeting later this month to present an expansion to the existing pond at Fisher Park, as well as to discuss upgrades that are planned at two local lift stations.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 27 at Fisher Park, which is located at 900 SE 22nd Street in Ocala.
According to the city, this expansion/upgrade project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, November 28, and it will take 180 days to complete.
Construction will take place on Mondays through Fridays, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. During construction times, travelers may experience delays, noise, dust, and heavy equipment within the project areas.
All necessary devices will be in place to redirect traffic.
