A 79-year-old man who was the subject of a Silver Alert by the Ocala Police Department has been found and is safe.
Officers made the announcement shortly after posting the alert on social media for Carl Benjamin, who had last been seen in the 3100 block of NE 36th Avenue in Ocala on Wednesday, April 10.
“He has been located and is safe,” reads an update from Ocala Police Department that was posted around thirty minutes after the original post.
