A new restaurant serving poké bowls, ramen, and bubble tea is currently being built out at a plaza along Ocala’s busiest highway.
Poké Go is “coming soon” to a, next to Wing Stop in the College Park Plaza across from Paddock Mall.
Although limited information about the restaurant, its menu, or its services is available, photos on the business’s website suggest it will offer a wide variety of its two signature dishes.
According to its website, when it opens, the new business will operate seven days a week, opening most days at 11 a.m. (12 p.m. on Sunday).
In the past few years, Ocala has seen the addition of several restaurants that primarily feature Asian American cuisine.
Just about a mile away from Poké Go, Kluck Chicken recently opened a new restaurant that serves Chinese food, fried chicken, and bubble tea.
Across the street from Kluck Chicken, K-POT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot opened its new restaurant in the former Logan’s Roadhouse last October.
Zuru Ramen and Boba opened a new restaurant within the Market Street at Heathbrook shopping plaza last February.
In 2020, Ramen House opened a new boba tea and ramen shop at the intersection of SW College Road and SW 27th Avenue.
