Blossom Juicy Bar officially opened for business within the food court at the Paddock Mall (3100 SW College Road) on May 27.

According to corporate records, the new business is owned by Wang Family Ocala Inc., a company owned by Lina Wang.

The new shop serves a large variety of fresh fruit teas and smoothies. Flavors include dragon fruit, honey lemon, kiwi, lavender, and raspberry, among dozens of others.

Smoothies and teas may include different milk varieties and sweeteners, as well as a choice between tapioca boba, brown sugar crystal boba, and multiple flavors of popping boba.

Drinks are available in medium, large, or extra-large sizes.

In addition to the new businesses that have opened at the mall in recent weeks, including Chinese-retailer MINISO, Blossom Juicy Bar joins a collection of similar businesses that are in various stages of development across Ocala.

Poké Go recently opened its new location along SR 200.

Ice Cream King, which serves a variety of boba options, recently opened its second location in southwest Ocala.

Foody Bowl is working on a new location a couple doors down from Ice Cream King in the Market at Cherrywood.

Kluck Chicken, which serves fried chicken and boba, opened its doors earlier this year, just a few doors down from Red Crab in the Magnolia Point plaza.
