A convenience store located along State Road 200 in Ocala was just sold for $1.3 million.
The Quick King Food Store #22 located at 8955 SW SR 200 was sold by QK Investment LLC to Laxminarayan 1008 LLC on April 10 for $1,300,000.
According to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts on April 21, QK Investment is managed by Vijay Patel. Laxminarayan 1008 LLC is owned by Manish, Disha, and Dharmishtha Patel.
Marion County property records show that the site was previously acquired by QK Investment LLC in April 2019 for $1,034,200. In 2010, records show that the site was sold for $2,050,000.
The parcel is 1.28 acres in size and the convenience store at the site was built in 1989. In addition to the convenience store, the site also houses a Shell gas station.
The sale of the Quick King Food Store 22 came just a few days before another sale involving a commercial property nearby.
In that instance, the Walmart located at 7855 SW SR 200 was acquired by Walmart’s parent company. business leased the building at the site to free up real estate assets.
