A nearly 4-acre estate along Rainbow River in Dunnellon was just sold for $1.85 million.
Located at 9075 SW 190th Avenue Road in Dunnellon, Kevin Baxter sold the home to Monica Haufler Davis as trustee for the Monica S. Haufler Living Trust for $1,850,000 on Friday, June 5.
The 3,200-square-foot home on the site was built in 1974 and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sunken living room with vaulted ceilings, and a large kitchen.
According to an online real estate listing, the 3.81-acre site is situated just north of KP Hole and features approximately 200 feet of frontage on Rainbow River.
The property also features its own private dive spring accessible through the backyard.
Before its most recent purchase, the site had been operating as a vacation rental that sleeps up to 20. According to the online listing, the home was sold fully furnished.
A new roof was installed in 2024 and the property also retains a grandfathered dock footprint on the river.
Property records show that the multi-acre site was purchased by Keith Alan Baxter for $1.2 million in 2004. On January 20, 2025, Baxter passed away and the property was eventually conveyed to Kevin.
