An Ocala commercial property that operates as an early childhood learning center has officially changed hands in a multi-million dollar real estate transaction.

According to public records filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts, the property located at 2441 W Silver Springs Blvd was sold for $2,789,943.72.

The freestanding commercial facility is currently operating as an All Stars Learning Academy, which is a subsidiary of Otter Learning.

The transaction was finalized via a special warranty deed executed on June 11, between the seller, West Street Capital Partners LLC, a South Carolina-based entity, and the buyer, EPRT Tennessee Properties LLC, which is registered out of Princeton, New Jersey. The deed was officially recorded by the county on Wednesday, June 17.

According to the business’s operational guidelines, Otter Learning focuses on delivering early childhood education programs for children from all backgrounds.

The new sale is yet another high profile real estate sale in Marion County this year, which has already seen hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions.

That includes the $6 million sale of a nearly 600-acre property in west Marion County.
