The newly crowned Miss Ocala and Miss Ocala’s Teen are heading to Lakeland this week to compete for state titles during the 2026 Miss Florida and Miss Florida Teen Scholarship Competition.
Madison Parolini (Miss Ocala) and Chloie Sebree (Miss Ocala Teen), who were crowned earlier this year in January, will join a collection of young women from across the state looking to showcase their talent, leadership, and vision for the future during this week’s competition.
Both Parolini and Sebree will look to follow in the steps of Ocala native Casana Fink, who claimed the title of Miss Florida in 2024.

All preliminary and final phases of the competition will take place on the main stage of the Youkey Theatre inside the RP Funding Center, located at 701 W Lime St in Lakeland.
The competition begins Wednesday, June 24, at 7:30 p.m. with the first night of preliminaries, where the first group of delegates will take the stage to compete in talent, health and fitness, and evening wear events.
The preliminary competition will continue with the second group of delegates vying for points on Thursday, June 25, at 7:30 p.m.
On Friday, June 26, the Miss Florida Teen delegates will take the stage for their exclusive afternoon preliminary competition beginning at 1:30 p.m. Later that evening at 6:00 p.m., the organization will host its 90th Anniversary Legacy Gala at the RP Funding Center.
The gala will feature a cocktail hour, dinner service, and a special program celebrating generations of excellence and 90 years of the Miss Florida Scholarship Program.
The culmination of the events will take place on Saturday, June 27. The Miss Florida Teen Finals will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., where the top finalists will be chosen and a new Miss Florida Teen will be crowned live on stage.
The main event, the 2026 Miss Florida Final Competition, will follow at 8:00 p.m. for an unforgettable evening of high-stakes competition as the organization crowns the 2026 Miss Florida.
The local titleholders are hoping to build upon a strong foundation of success established by previous local representatives. During last year’s competition, a former Miss Ocala’s Teen won the state title, while Miss Ocala secured a top-ten finish.
For those looking to attend this week’s events, doors open one hour prior to showtime, and on-site parking is available at the venue.
