A 12-year-old Ocala girl died as a result of an ATV accident Sunday night in Marion County.
Victoria Rial had been a passenger on the 2015 Honda ATV driven by 11-year-old Jordon Volker, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
The ATV had been traveling northbound at 7:14 p.m. on SW 125th Terrace Road just north of the intersection of SW 73rd Street when it exited the roadway to the left, where it overturned onto its right side. Rial was partially ejected from the overturn. She was transported to Timberridge Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
