Enraged woman crashes through bank’s glass door after ATM fails to give her cash

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is asking for helping in identifying a woman who became enraged at an ATM machine and then broke into a bank earlier this month.

Marion County sheriff’s deputies are looking for this woman in connection with an incident that happened Oct. 11 at about 4:15 a.m. at the Bank of America located at 7976 SW Hwy. 200 in Ocala.

The woman was caught on surveillance cameras on Oct. 11 at about 4:15 a.m. at the Bank of America located at 7976 SW Hwy. 200 in Ocala. She was unsuccessful at getting money from the branch’s ATM and then became visibly upset.

She then used a tool to break the glass front door at the bank and briefly entered the building before apparently becoming spooked by the alarm and fleeing the scene, a sheriff’s office report states.

Marion County sheriff’s deputies say this woman crashed through the glass door of a Bank of America branch on SW Hwy. 200 earlier this month after she became enraged at an ATM machine.
