The City of Ocala is planning to change the traffic control at the intersection of SE Watula Avenue and SE 5th Street.
The city’s Engineering Department will begin to change the traffic control at that intersection from a two-way stop to a four-way stop.
As part of the change process, beginning on Tuesday, April 26, signals will flash red and stop signs will be added to all approaches.
Message boards and necessary devices will be in place to notify drivers of the new traffic pattern.
