Two wanted by Marion deputies for burglarizing vehicle at Coehadjoe Park

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two individuals who allegedly burglarized a female victim’s vehicle, stole a debit card from her wallet, and used it to make fraudulent purchases at a local Walgreens.

On Wednesday, June 14, someone damaged the door lock on the victim’s vehicle while it was parked at Coehadjoe Park on NE 35th Street. The victim later realized that someone had burglarized her vehicle, and a debit card had also been stolen from her wallet, according to the sheriff’s office.

MCSO stated that the victim immediately checked her bank account and spotted two fraudulent charges. The first transaction for $312.29 had cleared her bank account, but the second transaction for $255.95 was declined.

The victim’s bank advised that the stolen debit card had been used at the Walgreens located at 3529 E Silver Springs Boulevard in Ocala. According to MCSO, a deputy conducted an investigation and obtained photos of the two suspects who had used the victim’s debit card.
