The popular fast-food chain Chick-fil-A is building a new restaurant in southwest Ocala.
The land has been cleared and construction is underway for the city’s third Chick-fil-A, which will be located on SW 48th Avenue, near the intersection of SW College Road (State Road 200).
The new Chick-fil-A restaurant will be located next to RaceWash and across the street from Culver’s.
Chick-fil-A’s menu features chicken sandwiches, chick-n-strips, and nuggets that can be paired with waffle fries. Additional side options include a fruit cup, side salad, mac and cheese, and soup.
The fast-food chain also serves breakfast until 10:30 a.m., and the menu includes chicken biscuits, sausage/bacon and egg biscuits, chick-n-minis, hash brown scramble burritos and bowls, and Greek yogurt parfaits.
No opening date has been announced for the Chick-fil-A restaurant on SW 48th Avenue. Ocala residents currently have two locations to satisfy their Chick-fil-A cravings: a standalone restaurant at 3445 SW College Road and another location inside the Paddock Mall (3100 SW College Road).
All Chick-fil-A locations are open Monday through Saturday, and they are closed on Sundays.
