The World Equestrian Center has announced plans to open a new 80,000-square-foot outdoor shopping venue at their facility.

The Shoppes Off 80th are slated to open in 2025, according to a statement issued by WEC on Monday, July 24. The organization states that it currently has pre-lease options available for retailers.

According to the release, the new development will be comprised of 31 units, which will effectively double the property’s current retail footprint.

Currently, WEC is home to multiple retailers, including Lugano Diamonds, John Craig Clothier, and Ariat International, among others.

The new development is currently accepting reservations to secure retail spaces. A listing for the spaces indicates that they will be available by July 2025, and that they will cost $30/sf per year.

The World Equestrian Center opened its facility in Ocala in 2021. Since then, the facility has played host to dozens of international and local events and has seen tens of thousands of visitors.
