A new apartment complex in downtown Ocala is now taking residents, offering studios and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans starting at $1,595 a month.
Lamplighter Legacy Apartments is now leasing at 900 SE 3rd Avenue, at the intersection of SE 3rd Avenue and SE 8th Street in downtown Ocala. The new apartment complex opened its leasing office in December.
The complex features eight different floor plans, ranging from 553 square feet for a studio, to 1,263 feet for a three-bedroom unit.
One-bedroom units start at $1,675 for 700 square feet, and two-bedroom units start at $1,795 for 1,057 square feet.
Each unit is equipped with walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, and shaker-style cabinetry, among other features.
The complex features a variety of amenities, including a pool, sun deck, fitness center, electric vehicle charging stations, and picnic zones with charcoal grills.

The apartment complex is one of several that have opened in Ocala in recent months. That includes Canter, Retreat at 42nd, and Aurora St. Leon Apartment Homes, all of which opened last August.
