A new 272-unit apartment complex has opened for business across from the Ocala Wetland Recharge Park.
The Aurora St. Leon Apartment Homes officially opened for business at 2150 NW 21st Avenue on Thursday, August 17, replacing the longtime home of Pine Oaks Golf Course, which closed to the public in April 2019.
Located on 23 acres directly across from the Ocala Wetland Recharge Park, which opened to the public in 2020, the new apartment complex features one, two, and three-bedroom units, with several positioned directly across from the park itself.
Studio and one-bedroom pricing begins at $1,519, two-bedroom pricing begins at $1,799, and three-bedroom pricing begins at $2,329, according to the company’s website.
Units will feature hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, full-sized washers and dryers, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, screened patios, and oversized windows.
The complex will also boast dedicated internet speeds of up to 1 gbps, according to a press statement issued by the organization.
“Residents will experience online power ten times faster than the national average and enjoy seamless streaming, gaming, and worldwide web connection, all at the speed of light,” reads the statement.
The complex is pet-friendly and includes a host of amenities, including a dog park and pet spa, an outdoor pavilion with a fireplace, a game lawn, fire pits, co-working spaces, a gym, and a yoga room, among others.
