A spot known for its authentic Cuban food has closed up its location within the Paddock Mall.
The Cuban Stop has officially closed its location at the Paddock Mall (3100 SW College Road).
Equipment and menu signage were recently cleared from the location, which was located at the food court within the facility.
On Monday, the business Google listing was updated to show that The Cuban Stop is “permanently closed.”
Despite its closure, The Cuban Stop was beloved by its customers, who regularly praised its authentic flavors and reasonable pricing.
The menu at the business featured classic Cuban favorites like Cuban shredded beef (ropa vieja), sandwiches, smoothies, and rice with chicken (arroz con pollo).
Online reviews show that customers spoke highly of the quality of the food and service.
The Cuban Stop’s closure is one of many changes in the mall’s landscape over the past few months.
That includes the addition Florida Fishin’ Apparel, a company that sells fishing-related apparel by Florida-based companies. It also includes a planned Popeyes that will join the food court at the mall.
