A local church will host an Earth Care Fair this weekend with a plant clinic and “upcycled” clothing fashion show.
The free fair will be held at Fort King Presbyterian Church (13 NE 36th Ave., in Ocala) on Saturday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
According to event organizers, the Earth Care Fair is a day to have fun while learning about the Earth and what we can do to take care of it.
Activities include a plant clinic, a fashion-upcycling-center, an Upcycled Fashion Show, food samples, lessons about wildlife, and art exhibits, among others.
