A massage business in southwest Ocala has been temporarily closed after a car crashed into the facility on Saturday.
The accident occurred on the morning of Saturday, May 10, at the Massage Envy located at 2701 SW College Road, Suite 601.
Ocala Fire Rescue units responded to the scene and found a red Mazda that had crashed into the lobby of the business, which is located within Gaitway Plaza.
The driver, who was not identified, was “alert, ambulatory, and in need of transport to the hospital,” reads a statement from OFR.
No additional injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
Shortly after the incident, the business issued a statement saying it would be closed and would “reopen as soon as possible.”
“Sorry, we’re closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check back for updates,” reads a statement from the business.
