Angel Manuel Ruiz, 83, of Ocala, FL, passed away on September 20, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. Angel was born on December 3, 1934 in Cayey, Puerto Rico. He attended high school in Ponce, PR. After graduating, he joined the US Air Force. Angel later started his own bakery. Besides enjoying time with his family, Angel loved to write poetry.
Angel is survived by his son, Pablo F. Ruiz; daughter, Maria R. Harrison; eight grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carmen Ruiz; and a son, Manuel A. Ruiz.
