Jack C. Sherouse, 78, of Ocala passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Ocala Regional Medical Center. Mr. Sherouse was a native of Cleveland, Ohio and has lived in this area most of his life.
Mr. Sherouse was the owner American Eagle Coach Company where he was often engaged to take local school kids on chartered school trips. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church where he was active in the choir. He was a talented song writer and released several CD’s of his own music that he wrote. He enjoyed spending his free time antiquing and restoring old cars.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Sherouse; daughter, Gina Newman; step son, Brandon Wilkerson; granddaughter, Ashley Terza; great grandson, Owen Terza; brother, Roy Sherouse; and sister, Helen Huhn.
A funeral service will be held at 3PM on June 5, 2021 at Trinity Baptist Church, 1600 Southeast 58th Avenue, Ocala, FL, 34480. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. A private interment will take place at a later date.
