A road closure is planned this week on NE 21st Street, from NE 30th Avenue to NE 36th Avenue, due to sewer repairs.
The closure will be in effect beginning on Wednesday, February 16 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All necessary devices will be in place to redirect traffic. Construction will take place on Thursday, February 17 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the repairs are expected to be completed the same day.
During construction times, drivers may experience delays, noise, dust, and heavy equipment within the project area.
The following detour routes will be in effect:
- Westbound detour: South on NE 36th Avenue, right onto NE 14th Street.
- Eastbound detour: East on NE 14th Street, left onto NE 36th Avenue, back onto NE 21st Street.
