Marion County motorists can expect intermittent lane closure at the intersection of NE Jacksonville Road and E Highway 329 through Wednesday, July 12.
AHS-GEAR LLC subcontractors will be doing petroleum restoration for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Over the next month, crews will be conducting soil testing and monitoring well installations. Equipment and personnel will be in the county right-of-way.
Crews will place barricades and signs to direct traffic through the work zones. Drivers should expect delays and use alternate routes when possible. Adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect schedules.
