Jumbolair estate sells for $500k profit over 2016 sales price

A 4,179-square-foot estate in Jumbolair sold last month for $500,000 more than its 2016 sales price.

Located at 8410 NE 16th Terrace, the 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home sold for $1,400,000 on September 20, according to Marion County property records.

The property features a variety of upgrades, including both indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a pool, and an oversized living room with natural light.

The home was built in 2005 and is situated on a 2.5-acre lot. The property also features a 3-car garage, as well as additional space for a potential hangar.

According to property records, the home sold for $900,000 in November of 2016.

Jumbolair Aviation Estates was founded in 2001, and the first lot in the community was purchased a year later. The community changed ownership in 2021 and has since changed to Jumbolair Aviation Equestrian Estates.
