A fine dining restaurant is in the midst of working on a new location just a few doors away from its previous home in downtown Ocala.
Katya Vineyards is currently building out its new location at 11 East Silver Springs Boulevard, taking over the former home of Morevino.
In July, Katya closed the doors on its previous location at 101 East Silver Springs Boulevard. That location was taken over by Symmetry Coffee Company.
In posts made through social media, the fine dining restaurant provided a brief updated on progress at its new location, including its collection of custom-built lockers for its membership program.
“Almost ready…Thank you for believing in Katya,” reads a social media post from the company about the new location.
When it opens, the Katya Vineyards will join several other restaurants in Ocala that have celebrated grand openings this year.
Over the summer, District Kitchen and Bar opened its newly constructed restaurant in downtown Ocala.
Earlier this month, K-POT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot opened its first location in Ocala.
Several other restaurants are nearing completion, including Ocala’s third Chick-fil-A, and Mellow Mushroom, which has been under construction in Ocala location since 2019.
