A cheesecake battle featuring local food trucks, live music, and other festivities is coming to downtown Ocala this week.
The event will take place on Tuesday, April 16, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Ocala Downtown Market, which is located at 403 SE Osceola Ave.
All cheesecake lovers are invited to sample an array of cheesecakes made by local bakers. Each will compete for the titles of Grand Champion and People’s Choice. The event will feature celebrity judges, live music, food trucks, and other activities.
The cost to attend the event is $10 and includes unlimited tasting. All proceeds benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.
