A bacon-based festival with bacon entree and dessert competitions, as well as a bacon-eating contest, will return to Williston this weekend.
The Makin’ Bacon Fest will return for its fourth installment on Saturday, April 20, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Williston Horseman’s Park, which is located at 1610 Southwest 8th Terrace in Williston.
The event will feature a diverse array of bacon-centric dishes, from classic favorites to innovative dishes. Several competitions will be held, including a bacon-eating contest, best bacon dish, best bacon entree, and best bacon dessert.
Throughout the festival, live entertainment will be provided by Kash Erickson and Bethany LaRoch. The event will also feature arts and crafts vendors and local businesses.
