An Ocala estate in a prestigious community just sold this month for $4.35 million, less than three years after the property sold for under half that amount.
The luxury home is located at 3365 NW 85th Terrace, on the 18th Fairway of the Masters Section within the Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club in northwest Ocala. The home is situated just minutes away from both the World Equestrian Center and the Ocala National Golf Club.
Built in 2006 on a .92-acre lot, the 4,448-square-foot home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and recently underwent a significant renovation to enhance its design and functionality.
The home features multiple luxury upgrades, including a waterfall, a family room with retracting glass doors, high-end appliances, two dishwashers, a built-in coffee machine, and a wine fridge, among many others.
According to Marion County Property Records, the home is “unit one” in the community and sold for $4,350,000 on April 1. Records show that the home sold for $1,937,500 in June 2007 and for $1,800,000 in 2021.
The property is one of several multi-million dollar estates that have been sold in Ocala in recent months.
That includes a $6.4 million estate that was sold by the president of Maui Jim, an international sunglasses company.
In February, a 23.57-acre property built by the founders of the World Equestrian Center sold for over $4 million.
