According to Marion County property records, the 23.57-acre property located at 12385 NW Hwy 225a in Reddick sold for $4,115,000 on February 12.
Located along “Millionaire’s Row,” the property was developed in 1998 by the Roberts Development Corporation, which was founded by the late Ralph L. “Larry” Roberts, Sr. Property records show that the home was purchased by the son of the late businessman, Roby L. Roberts, and his wife, Jennifer.
The corporation is the same group behind some of the largest developments in Ocala, including the Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club and the World Equestrian Center.
The property itself features several buildings in addition to the main home.
Those buildings include a guest house, a multi-car garage, a barn and apartment, an arena, and a round pen.
The facility also doubles as an equine training facility, with up to 22 stalls, including two grooming stalls, as well as a feed room, tack room with 1/2 bath, and nearly a dozen large, grass paddocks.
The main house features a large living room, an oversized kitchen with a sub-zero refrigerator and Wolf appliances, a gym, and several other upgraded amenities and rooms.
The living room features large windows that overlook the backyard and property.
The backyard features an infinity edge pool and views of the grass pastures surrounding the home.
According to property records, the home has undergone multiple changes over the years. That includes the addition of asphalt, a shed, the arena, and the barn apartment, among other features.
