Jean Willis LaGrow, 89, October 5, 1928 – March 29, 2018.
Cliff was born in Winooski, VT. He served in the U.S.Marine Corps and was a World War II era veteran. Cliff exemplified the integrity and character of the Marine Corps and was very proud of his military service. He was a life-long member of the Freemasons. Cliff graduated from the University of Vermont in 1953 and had a long successful career in the public utilities field.
Jean was born in Burlington, VT. She was a homemaker and devoted wife and mother who dedicated her life to her family and home.
Cliff and Jean were high school sweethearts. They were married for 69 years and are now together for all eternity.
They will be lovingly remembered by their children, Robert LaGrow, Ocala FL, Laura and John Durland, Cocoa Beach, FL and Todd LaGrow, Atlanta, GA; grandsons, Gregory Durland, Cocoa Beach, FL and Patrick Durland currently serving in the U.S. Navy; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Interment will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery in Rocky Hill, CT at a future date. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice of Marion County, 9505 110th St., Ocala, FL 34481.
