James Willard Blevins, 96, of Ocala, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018. James was born in Ash County, NC and has lived in Ocala since 1990 from Quarryville, PA. He was an automotive mechanic with the Dept. of Defense. James was a WWII veteran, serving in the US Army in France and received the WWII victory ribbon. He attended Berean Baptist Church in Ocala and was an accomplished guitar player. He made many friends at Jervey Gant picking his guitar on Sunday afternoons.
James is survived by his wife of 71 years, Renia Blevins of Ocala; and dear friends, Brian and Cindy Young and Mary and Mike Procyson.
