The Florida Department of Health in Marion County is offering free fitness classes designed to help residents lead healthier lives.
The department will hold full body fitness classes Wednesday, May 9 and May 23 from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. in the department’s Ocala office auditorium, located at 1801 SE 32nd Ave. In the classes, participants will be able to sculpt and tone through a combination of cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.
