Man arrested last year while panhandling in pink bra back behind bars for trespassing

A homeless man who is no stranger to the Marion County Jail was arrested Thursday night for trespassing at an Ocala business for the second time in two weeks.

Christopher Todd Piscitelli, 40, was arrested last week and charged with trespassing at the Spin City Laundry, located at 8585 SW Hwy. 200, Unit 10. Piscitelli also was arrested March 21 for trespassing at the same business.

A Marion County sheriff’s deputy was called to Spin City Laundry, located at 8585 SW Hwy. 200, Unit 10, shortly after 10 p.m. on Thursday. While en route to the business, the deputy spoke with a laundry associate who told him that 40-year-old Christopher Todd Piscitelli was inside the building and wasn’t allowed to be there.

A short time later, the deputy made contact with Piscitelli, who readily admitted that he was trespassing. A computer checked showed that Piscitelli also had been trespassed from the 24-hour laundry on March 21.

Piscitelli was arrested and transported to the jail, where he was charged with trespassing after warning. He is scheduled to be released from the Marion County Jail – where he has been held 21 times since May 2008 – on Monday at 9 a.m.

A shirtless Piscitelli also was arrested for disturbing the peace in October of last year after he was caught panhandling on busy Hwy. 200 while wearing a pink bra. He claimed that was he was wearing the bra in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
